IMDEA Energy
IMDEA Energy mission is the promotion of R&D activities in energy, with emphasis on topics related to low-carbon and sustainable energy technologies, including their analysis from technical, economic, environmental and social perspectives. In this regard, the Systems Analysis Unit of IMDEA Energy –leading the SH2E project– is one of the most active players in the field of fuel cells and hydrogen (FCH) systems analysis from a life-cycle perspective, having a strong background in the techno-economic, environmental and social assessment of a wide range of energy systems.
Jülich
Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH pursues cutting-edge interdisciplinary research addressing pressing issues facing society today while at the same time developing key technologies for tomorrow. Activities focus on the fields on energy, information and bioeconomy. With some 6,500 employees, Jülich–a member of the Helmholtz Association–is one of Europe’s large research centres.
Aragon Hydrogen Foundation
The Aragon Hydrogen Foundation is a private, not-for-profit entity, created to promote the use of hydrogen as an energy vector. It is promoted by the Government of Aragon and was founded in 2003 with the support of the administration, the industry and the main actors of the society from different sectors of activity.It is supported by a board of trustees made up of more than 70 entities of special interest for the Aragonese economy. Its prime mission is to carry out the organisation, planning, management and execution of a wide range of actions related to the development and implementation of hydrogen technologies.

A global technology partner to manufacturers in hydrogen systems for transporters, Symbio has been joint-owned by Faurecia and Michelin since November 2019. With its unique expertise and focus on setting automotive production standards, the company offers a complete range of products—including StackPack, its pre-approved and pre-integrated hydrogen systems—as well as a range of services.
