From Life Cycle Analysis to Eco-Design: EHEC 2024 Explores SH2E & eGHOST Projects
Held every two years, the European Hydrogen Energy Conference (EHEC) is Europe’s leading hydrogen conference, organized by the Spanish Hydrogen Association (AeH2). It offers a stage for top minds in the field to showcase the latest in hydrogen technology advancements.
This year’s conference promises a diverse and engaging program, catering to the needs of researchers, industry leaders, and anyone passionate about the future of hydrogen. The conference will be held in Bilbao, from 6 to 8 March. Dive deep into the latest developments through a variety of sessions:
- Plenary Sessions: Gain valuable insights from leading experts on the most relevant aspects of global hydrogen strategies and technological advancements.
- Parallel Sessions: Uncover groundbreaking research through presentations showcasing the latest breakthroughs in specific areas of hydrogen technology.
- Poster Presentations: Engage with passionate researchers and explore their cutting-edge work on diverse topics within the hydrogen field.
Having said that, within the parallel sessions, the SH2E project will be presented, where topics such as the following will be highlighted: Environmental life cycle assessment, Criticality indicator, Life cycle costing, among others.
SH2E will develop and demonstrate specific guidelines for the environmental (LCA), economic (LCC) and social (SLCA) life cycle assessment and benchmarking of FCH systems, while addressing their consistent integration into robust FCH-LCSA guidelines.
After the SH2E presentation, the parallel session of the eGHOST project will start. It will cover topics such as: Eco-design methodology, Reference case: PEMFC, Assessment of PEMFC under eco-design directive, among others.
EHEC 2024 is not just a conference; it’s an experience. Join us to learn, connect, and be part of shaping the future of hydrogen!
